Welcome to TeeShot.ai. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TeeShot.ai website, app, and skill-based golf contests (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or entering a contest, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Entries are only valid where skill-based contests of this kind are permitted by law. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply where you play. We may verify your identity and age at any time and may void entries that do not meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You register with your mobile number and confirm your identity with a one-time face capture used solely to keep entries fair. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Do not share access, create duplicate accounts, or impersonate anyone else.

3. How the contest works

TeeShot.ai is a game of skill. You pick a partner course and hole, choose a game (such as Hole-in-One or Closest to the Pin), pay your entry, and take one tee shot at a real par-3. Every shot is recorded and reviewed by our AI cameras to confirm the result to the centimeter. Outcomes depend on your skill, not chance.

4. Entries, fees and prizes

  • Entry amounts and prize structures are shown before you confirm an entry. Minimums, maximums, and multipliers vary by game and are displayed at checkout.
  • All entry fees are charged at the time you enter and are final once your shot is taken, except where required by law or as described in Section 5.
  • Prizes are paid to the account on file after your result is verified. We may hold a payout while we complete verification. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prizes.
  • Prize figures such as "up to $1,000,000" describe the maximum available for a specific game and entry; they are not a guaranteed payout.

5. Verification and refunds

We manually confirm every win before payout using the two-camera footage. If a shot cannot be verified due to a technical fault on our side, we will re-run the entry or refund that entry fee. We do not refund entries based on the outcome of a fair, verified shot.

6. Fair play and conduct

You agree not to tamper with equipment, cameras, or scoring, use another person to take your shot, or attempt to manipulate results. We may suspend or close accounts, void entries, and withhold prizes for suspected fraud, cheating, or abuse.

7. Your content and swing footage

You keep ownership of the swing videos captured for your entries. You grant TeeShot.ai a license to record, process, store, and deliver that footage to you and to use it to operate and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that partner courses, live prize pools, or coaching features will always be available. Nothing here is investment, tax, or legal advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeeShot.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount of the entry fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
